Thank you. Here is another angle. Sometimes it&#039;s not too obvious who is the customer. It&#039;s an interesting exercise to realize who the real customer is. Once done you treat him the best you can, either directly or through proxies and deliver best result possible. Some times it can be your manager, or stakeholder or indeed end user, or all of them in some way. While you cannot please them all you can optimize for the most significant one.]]></description>
