I have documented my time management practices that help me get more results in less time. I use MS Outlook 2007 for that purpose. If you are Outlook user and if you are looking for simple ways to make Outlook serve you and not the other way around then this little guide might be just for you. Try it out.

Wow, that is mind blowing! I use Outlook 2007 in some of the ways you describe, but I can also see how I could get easily sucked into the vortex of managing my time instead of using it effectively. It’s a fine balance. Thanks for sharing.

    Jus,
    Thank you!
True, it is very fine balance that can change your life. The principle is very simple – you either drive or being driven, eh? ;)

This is an excellent guide alik and you have covered it well. I have a few people to pass this along too as I practice many of those but never taken the time to put an instruction guide in place for it. Nice work!

    Hi

Great approach and I’ve been using it for the past month or so. Just upgraded to Outlook 2010 and I can’t seem to edit my Posts anymore to update them etc. Pity.
