Action and Timing

While reading “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership“ I liked the following simple but powerful diagram:

Lately, I have been assigned to lead some small effort and this diagram resonates really good with me. After I’ve seen it I am constantly asking myself “I feel it is great time, what should I do?” or “This is what I must do, but is it good time for it?”
