I was reviewing a book by Lew Sauder CONSULTING 101: 101 Tips for Success in Consulting. I liked how it was structured in scannable way – the list of consulting tips organized by categories such as Getting In, Setting Expectations, Communication, Career Management and more. It was easy for me to skim through the tips and dig deeper when I hit golden gem. While all 101 tips resonate with me a lot the following ten seemed to me fundamental for success in consulting.
