As for myself I generalize "criticizing" and "complaining" down to "unless you do not have something to put on the table, better off keep critics and complaints untold" + having in mind Shilpan’s and my love to Mark Twain – “All generalizations are false, including this one.” Happy Passover!! @Shilpan

You can give feedback that is specific and touches on the impact about what someone did, but that is neither criticism nor necessarily constructive. I guess that depends what you think of the word constructive but since everyone will interpret it differently, all you can really do is give feedback.
